Government Employee Shouted And Embarrassed A Client Who Was Just Asking This Question. Netizen Got Furious!

Office etiquette or office manners is about conducting yourself respectfully and courteously in the office or work place. The essence of good manners and etiquette is to be respectful and courteous at all times and with everybody.

Employees, whether in private or government offices, especially those who are facing clients, are expected to be respectful, calm, and efficient despite the long queue. But this government employee is different!

A furious netizen named Ruhzel Faith Dela Cruz shared on Facebook photos of a Pag-IBIG Fund employee on her social media account. She said the girl  on the picture is working at Pag-IBIG Fund (HDMF) in Cavite (Epza-Rosario Branch).

According to Ruhzel, she and her sister Praise Dela Cruz saw this Pag-IBIG Fund employee  disrespecting and shouting at a client.

“Nanigaw lang naman siya ng isang babaeng nagtatanong sa kanya kung saan counter siya pupunta.”

The girl on the picture shouted: “Guard!!! Guard!!! Kausapin mo yang babae na yan!!! Yan!!! Yang naka pink na babae na yan!! Hindi magbasa!!! Wag mo papalapitin sakin yang babae yan!!! Dahil Mapapatulan ko yan!!! Bwisit!!!” while pointing her finger towards the client.

The said guard asked the girl:  Miss?

According to the guard:  Mag pag pasensyahan nio po na yan ganyan talaga yan.”

Ruhzel said that  she wants to expose what the government employee allegedly did to teach her a lesson and to prevent other clients from getting embarrassed by her.

“OO PAGOD KA!! OO MADAMING NAKA PILA. “Pero Hindi sapat na manigaw ka ng mga NAG BABAYAD sainyo!!

"Sana tratuhin nio kami ng tama. Dahil kung napapagod ka mag entertain ng customers sa dami edi mag resign ka jan. Umalis ka sa trabaho mo. Hindi yung maninigaw ka."

Ruhzel posted a Facebook status about Pag-IBIG Fund’s response to her post. Pag-IBIG management is now investigating the incident and if proved true, the employee will receive the right sanction for her misbehavior.
