Eliminate Back Fat and Underarm Flab with 4 Simple Exercises


I bet many people are having difficulties of having a sexy body. Women are going through different clothes shops where they could by the perfect clothes that could fit their body shape. One of the problems of the girls are the fats on their back and underarm. Back bulge around the bra area is not fun to deal with. With a little extra effort you can feel more confident in your own body.

What you all didn't know is that there's this special exercise that requires you to follow four steps to get rid of those fats! 


1. Push and Touch targets your chest, shoulders, and upper back.
- Do this exercise for 3 sets of 6 to 8 reps.


2. Bent-over circular row targets your biceps, chest, mid-back, and upper back.
- 3 sets of 10-12 reps



3. Crisscross reverse fly targets your upper back and shoulders.
- same with number #2, 3 sets of 10-12 reps.


4. Elbow kiss
- 3 sets of 10-12 reps! 


Follow these exercises for 12 minutes, 3 times a week.
